Brindac and Son -- a family
founded and operated business
Robert W. Brindac Jr. has been
a Corporate Loss Prevention Investigator for a major Chicagoland retailer for
over twenty years. He has a Criminal Justice degree and was a police
officer prior to entering the corporate field. As a Corporate
Investigator, he conducted numerous investigations involving crimes and
policy violations by employees, vendors, and private individuals. He
maintained the highest interview admission percentage prior to leaving
the company.
Many of the investigations concluded
with the removal of the dishonest employee and the creation of new
policies or a change in existing policies designed to eliminate any future
losses.
The late Captain Robert W. Brindac Sr. joined the Westmont
Police Department, a Chicago suburb, in the late
1960s. He reached the rank of Captain, as well as developing
and supervising the town's first detective division. Captain Brindac was instrumental in
defining Brindac and Son's mission statement:
- "To provide a professional, intelligent
investigative service in a cost-effective manner."
- "Our goal is to offer our clients our best
efforts in every facet of every investigation. We pledge to conduct
investigations with a goal of not only solving the case, but also keeping our
client's best interest in mind -- in all respects."
Robert W. Brindac III is
working with the firm on a part-time basis as he continues his college
education.
